We have full Public Liability and Employers Liability Insurance for all our activities plus additional insurances for Big Top Hire and Use.
CHILD PROTECTION
We have;
a Child Protection Policy a Health and Safety Policy a Code of Conduct and Fully Enhanced Disclosures
(Now a legal requirement for anyone working with children)
and have been on a
"Good Practice in Child Protection"
Course run by Devon County Council,
Sports Development.
We observe all National Guidelines for the
Protection of Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults,
such as laid down by the Arts Council in "Keeping Arts Safe" 2nd ed 2005
Re-iterated in various local authority child-protection policies.
We regularly work with special needs groups.
FIRST AID.
PeteZa has a certificate in Emergency First Aid For Appointed Persons.
We carry a good first aid kit and accident book.
